The close connection between architecture and education, which is applied in the planning of all childhood spaces of Bassa Reggiana, is particularly visible in the Iride infant toddler center, in Guastalla. Built in 2015 by Studio Cucinella, Iride in considered one of the best examples of scholastic architecture for children in the world.
Its integration between interior and exterior, the choice of construction materials, the layout of the spaces make it an example also of application of our educational philosophy.
On Monday 8th of October, a delegation of architects accompanied by a pedagogist from Russia, visited Iride together with Federica Rossi from Progettinfanzia and Tania Bertacchi, the infant toddler center’s pedagogist. A new opportunity for knowledge that we hope will be a source of new relationships and exchanges.
