L’inverno a cavallo fra il 2025 e il 2026 ha visto la Bassa Reggiana al centro di un’intensa attività di scambio pedagogico internazionale. Durante questi mesi, numerose delegazioni estere hanno visitato i nidi e le scuole comunali del territorio per osservare sul campo l’approccio pedagogico e le progettazioni quotidiane di bambini ed educatori. Il ciclo di incontri si è aperto a Novembre con una delegazione giapponese, che ha fatto tappa al Nido “Iride” di Guastalla accolta dalla Pedagogista Tania Bertacchi e alla Scuola “Arcobaleno” di Novellara accolta dalla Pedagogista Mascia Marconi, integrando le osservazioni mattutine con sessioni pomeridiane di approfondimento. Il 13 Gennaio un secondo gruppo proveniente dal Giappone ha visitato il nido scuola “Zenit” di Boretto accolto dalla Pedagogista Federica Pavia, partecipando a un confronto tecnico curato dalla Pedagogista Giliola Belli e concludendo la giornata con un sopralluogo alla struttura del Nido “Iride”.
A fine Gennaio si è tenuta la settimana intensiva di studio per un gruppo norvegese, propedeutica al successivo job shadowing della durata di un mese. Il percorso ha coinvolto il nido “Ciliegio” di Gualtieri, la Scuola “Arcobaleno” di Guastalla e il nido scuola “Zenit” di Boretto, offrendo ai partecipanti un confronto con tutte le pedagogiste dell’équipe della Bassa Reggiana. Nel corso del mese di immersione, gli studenti hanno affiancato la quotidianità di insegnanti ed educatrici, bambine e bambini durante le attività mattutine, partecipando a una sessione pomeridiana a cadenza settimanale con la pedagogista Giliola Belli per l’analisi delle osservazioni raccolte.
Il mese di Febbraio ha visto il proseguimento delle visite con altre due delegazioni giapponesi: il 13 febbraio un primo gruppo ha visitato il rinnovato polo 0-6 “Carmen Zanti” di Brescello insieme alla Pedagogista Alessandra Ferrari, ripercorrendo l’itinerario che i bambini compiono settimanalmente verso la Golena del fiume Po e completando la giornata con la formazione e la visita al Nido “Iride”; nelle giornate del 23 e 25 Febbraio una terza delegazione ha approfondito la conoscenza dei servizi di Brescello e Novellara attraverso incontri teorici e un workshop sui materiali naturali condotto dalla Pedagogista Alessandra Ferrari.
A marzo, dopo la visita di un gruppo proveniente dagli Stati Uniti al polo di Brescello, si è svolta dal 23 al 27 la study week da parte di una delegazione proveniente dalla Spagna. Il programma ha previsto una prima giornata di inquadramento teorico, una seconda dedicata alle visite al Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi e al Centro Remida di Reggio Emilia, e una terza giornata a Brescello focalizzata sul polo “Carmen Zanti”, l’uscita in Golena e la visita al Nido “Iride”. Il quarto giorno il gruppo ha visitato il nido “Bamby” a Reggiolo trasferendosi poi a Guastalla per visitare mostra organizzata da Progettinfanzia “Dialoghi fra acqua natura e cultura”, prendendo parte al workshop sui materiali naturali condotto dalla Pedagogista Stefania Pizzetti. La settimana si è conclusa a Boretto con la visita al polo 0-6 “Zenit” insieme alla Pedagogista Federica Pavia e con un aperipranzo presso l’azienda vinicola “Salvadora” di Poviglio, momento organizzato e offerto da Progettinfanzia per valorizzare i prodotti enogastronomici del territorio a coronamento dell’esperienza formativa.
La continuità e il valore di questi scambi evidenziano l’importanza di fare rete a livello internazionale: un sentito ringraziamento va a tutti i professionisti e ai partecipanti che si adoperano quotidianamente per offrire all’infanzia contesti educativi di qualità, fondamentali per la formazione di cittadini capaci di senso critico.
The winter spanning 2025 and 2026 saw the Bassa Reggiana area at the heart of intense international pedagogical exchange. During this period, numerous foreign delegations visited local municipal infanto toddler centers and preschools to observe the pedagogical approach and the daily activities planned by children and educators firsthand. The series of meetings began in November with a Japanese delegation; they visited the “Iride” infant toddler center in Guastalla welcomed by Pedagogist Tania Bertacchi and the “Arcobaleno” preschool in Novellara welcomed by Pedagogist Mascia Marconi complementing their morning observations with in-depth afternoon sessions. On January 13, a second group from Japan visited the “Zenit” infant toddler center and preschol in Boretto, hosted by Pedagogist Federica Pavia; they took part in a technical discussion led by Pedagogist Giliola Belli and concluded the day with a site visit to the “Iride” infant toddler center.

February saw continued visits from two additional Japanese delegations: on February 13, an initial group visited the renovated “Carmen Zanti” 0–6 center in Brescello accompanied by Pedagogist Alessandra Ferrari, retracing the route children take weekly to the Po River Golena and concluding the day with a training session and a visit to the “Iride” infant toddler center; on February 23 and 25, a third delegation gained deeper insight into the services offered in Brescello and Novellara through theoretical sessions and a workshop on natural materials led by Pedagogist Alessandra Ferrari.
